Victory! rhubarb liqueur finished!

Testing it as a rabarber & soda . Very light and refreshing.

It was really easy to make:
1. Put chopped rhubarb and a few lime peels in a jar with 500 ml vodka for 12 weeks.
2. Strain the infused vodka.
3. Make 500 ml rhubarb simple syrup.
4. Mix together & bottle.

People say you can use cheap booze for liqueur "it doesn't matter because you're flavouring it" but if you wouldn't drink it straight, don't use it.

I bought some Rhuby last year. My homemade is better. :)

Also: where to get rhubarb in November? Chop and freeze an extra liter when you're starting the vodka soak. ;)
